How much does shipping cost?

This depends on two things: where you are located and where the retailer(s) are located.

At RIISH, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 that are within the US (boutiques and shipping address both in the US) OR within Canada (boutiques and shipping address both in Canada).  If your order is within the United States (or within Canada) but less than $100, there will be a flat fee of $9.95 for shipping.


Orders between the US and Canada are a flat rate of $12.95 if the order is under $125 and free if the order is over $125.

International orders: If the order includes a retailer outside the US or Canada, or is being shipped to a destination outside the US/Canada,  you will be charged a flat fee of $25 for shipping. Taxes and duties may also apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

**There may be exceptions to this if a specific boutique has different shipping rules (for example, if a specific boutique offers free shipping internationally)**

How long will it take for me to get my order?

Products are shipped within 3 business days from the time of order. Shipping within the US takes between 3-7 business days, depending on the location of the boutique relative to the destination. International order can take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

Do you offer rush shipping?

That depends on the item and the retailer you are ordering from. Email us at support@riish.com before you place the order and we will let you know if it can be expedited and how much the expedited shipping charges will be.

Why is my order arriving in more than one shipment?

That is because the products that you order on the RIISH marketplace are shipped directly from the brands’ or boutiques’ original warehouses.
